Access an old WIN XP USERS folders

Hello

Happen to find an HDD used to operate on my old dektop with (i guess) WIN XP OS.

Once connected to my laptop using a USB HDD docking station I can access all folders, but the USERS (Administrator as well as other) can not be accessed.

I suppose it has to do with the fact these were protected by a user password which i can't recall, and either way not asked to enter.

Is there a way to access these folder?
