On a WinXP SP3 PC an error is given during Media Player 11 install stating "An error occurred copying 'connectionmanager.xml' The file could not be copied to the destination directory." Options are to "Continue without copying the file"
or "Cancel." Regardless of which option is selected it results in message "It was not possible to complete Setup; Windows Media Player 11 was not installed. Restart Windows and then run Windows Media Player Setup again."
Restarting and running setup again has the exact same results. Is there a fix for this problem, or might I be stuck with using Media Player 9 on this PC?
