we have a problem \\xxx.xxx.xxx.78 this client  is not accessible. You might not have permission to this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

Client OS :- Windows XP SP3 , from services.msc side server services not started automatically . when i restart server services started automatically ...

Why the problem ha penning how can i solve the issue preeminently ..
