Hello,
I am trying to copy an XP SP3 drive to a newer hard drive. (Yes, this is going to get upgraded to Windows 7, but only AFTER I make a clone of the drive, in case anything goes wrong, which it usually does). This is on a laptop. I have the new drive connected via a USB->SATA adapter. I have tried Ghost, which does not see the external drive. I've also tried Seagate diskwizard, which does not see the external drive. Today I tried easeus, which sees the external drive, but complains about the sector sizes being different (I'm NOT trying to do a sector-by-sector copy) and does not do the copy.
Does anyone know of software that will successfully copy a Windows drive to another drive?
Thanks!!!
