my computer is in a loop at startup.

Hello;   I recently restored my gatewayLT20 netbook OS to origional factory settings.  After doing this I am now stuck in a loop at startup. The windows loading window comes up, then I get a blue screen with writting however its unreadable becouse it flashes by so fast.  Then the computer goes right back to the startup logo and then begins to load windows again, this also happens in safe mode.

I am running windows xp home, sp3 on the computer. Please help me.
